Future of Libraries is Open (FOLIO) is a modern Library Service platform built by an open community. FOLIO is a collaboration of libraries, developers, and vendors building an open-source library service platform. The architecture is modular and adaptable, providing choice and protection from vendor lock-in. Ultimately, the FOLIO community is open to all, including libraries, developers, vendors, consortia, and networks, working together to build a library service platform that enables innovation. SUMMARY OF TECHNOLOGY
